What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, source and build talent pools by sourcing candidate from appropriate recruitment tools (social media channels, job platforms/boards, referrals etc)
  • Support recruitment and selection process, including but limited to posting jobs, screening cvs/resumes, setting up interviews, coordinating candidate‚Äôs assessments
  • Assist with interviews and tracking all the recruiting activity
  • Act as point of contact for candidates as well as hiring managers to make sure that the recruitment process is smooth and stress free
  • Determine job specification, needed/desired qualifications and be able to set up the right skills profile
  • Assist HR Manager with orientations, onboarding/offboarding and update records accordingly
  • Assist with the marketing function of the business, mainly social media updates on regular basis
  • Coordinate with HR with employer branding activities
  • Contribute with ad-hoc HR projects

What you’ll bring: 

  • Minimum of 1 years recruitment experience (inhouse or agency)
  • Knowledge of iGaming industry
  • Attention to detail and strong desire to be successful
  • Experience in sourcing high volume position across different levels of seniority
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Critical thinking and analysis to select the right candidate
  • Experience with using different social media channels
  • Positive attitude and thirst for learning
