HR/Office Generalist

What you’ll be doing:

HR:

  • Assist HR Manager with responding to internal/external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance accordingly
  • Support the recruitment and hiring processes + welcome package
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars, conferences
  • Assist HR Manager with orientations, onboarding/offboarding and update records accordingly
  • Assist with the marketing function of the business, mainly social media updates on regular basis and monthly newsletter
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
  • Manage travel arrangements for relocations ensuring the company’s travel policy is applied

Office:

  • Be point of contact for office matters including but limited to maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands and so on
  • Order and maintain kitchen and office supplies as well as ensuring office cleanliness
  • Manage office operations and procedures
  • Responsible for Private Health Insurance and Office Insurance
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Maintain safe and secure working environment and conduct ongoing improvements
  • Liaising with cleaning, catering, and security services
  • Maintain office security as per company policies; create and update employee and visitor access codes/cards
  • Act as a Fire Marshall and First Aider as applicable
  • Manage the corporate apartment including scheduling cleaning services, purchasing of household items, checking the post and assisting with any maintenance issues that might arise
  • Keep track on petty cash

What you’ll bring: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to determine priority tasks in a fast moving, changing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and resourceful
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Ability to maintain confidential information at all times
  • Experience in iGaming field / Digital Marketing will be considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
  • Have a can-do attitude coupled with a team-based orientation
  • Must possess a basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Proactive drive for results, proven ability to execute
  • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and flexibility to effectively resolve problems or issues; ability to quickly identify issues and provide solutions
