Leading iGaming operator awarded Rising Star Operator of the Year 2021, operating multiple brands amongst which, Betiton, in 20+ countries and spread out over 5 continents, is looking for an Affiliate Manager our launched in 2020 fast-paced newcomer, offering multiple gambling verticals such as Casino, Live Casino & Sportsbook to provide the best gaming experience to all players.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing relationships with assigned Affiliate partners
  • Actively searching for – and acquiring of – new Affiliate partners
  • Responsible for overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimize deals / campaigns
  • Reaching targets of ROI
  • Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links
  • Monitoring affiliate daily performance and report any irregularities in traffic
  • Keeping up to date with any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant
  • Attending industry events

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 3 – 4 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming Industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, moreover you enjoy data-mining
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO and Social Media)
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Vast knowledge of the online casino and sport betting industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience in Tier 1
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage
  • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’
  • Team player can work independently but likes to work with a team
